More funding for our schools

Every child deserves the chance to succeed in life, which is why the Conservative Government has increased the high-needs budget by over 60 per cent since 2019-2020 to over £10.5 billion in 2024-25.

Gedling’s MP Tom Randall had the honour of introducing the Head Teacher of Pinewood Infant School, Rachel Otter, to the Minister of State for School in Number 10, last week.

Last week, Tom Randall MP voted in favour of a review into the funding for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) provision and called upon the Government to increase its funding SEND provision in Nottinghamshire during the debate in the House of Commons.
